Goal: To introduce basic understanding of how agile teams build quality into their product, with the whole team engaged in testing activities throughout the delivery cycle. Approach: Each topic starts with a presentation of the material, assisted with slides and/or a live discussion between Janet and Lisa. Examples are used throughout to help explain the topic, and there is an opportunity for participants to practice different techniques through exercises.
